We buy phones and laptops across the UAE, erase the data to a certified standard, and hand you a certificate for it. What we can resell, we refurbish. What we can't, goes to a licensed recycler for material recovery — never to general waste.
of e-waste was generated worldwide in 2022 — 7.8 kg for every person on the planet.
of it was documented as formally collected and properly recycled. The rest is unaccounted for.
of metals — copper, gold, iron — went into that waste. Only $28bn was actually recovered.
of CO₂e is emitted to build one iPhone 15, and 80% of that is manufacturing. Reusing it avoids most of it.

The best outcome for the planet is the device you already own staying in use — every extra year avoids another new handset being manufactured.
When a device is beyond economic repair, the metals are still worth recovering — and the storage chip still needs destroying.
A factory reset is not deletion. It removes the pointer to the files, not the files — on modern phones the encryption key is what matters, and on a failing drive even a verified erase can leave fragments.
Modern phones encrypt storage by default. Destroying the key makes the remaining ciphertext useless — fast, and the device survives. We run this with certified erasure software, check the completion log, then spot-check the device before it is listed for resale.
For devices with sensitive data, or storage that fails verification, the storage chip is destroyed rather than erased. This is the only basis on which “unrecoverable by any means” is an honest claim — and it is what the certificate will say.
“100% deletion” is a marketing sentence, not a technical one. No erasure tool can prove a negative on failing flash memory. What we do instead is choose the method that fits the device, record which one was used, and put it on a certificate you can hold us to. You pick the method when you book: erase and resell, or destroy the storage.
No haggling at the door. The inspector scores the same nine points you answered, using the same rules — and the data treatment you chose happens before the device leaves your sight.
Brand, model, storage, then nine condition questions. You give your details, then you see the price.
IMEI checked against our register, Emirates ID verified, the same nine points confirmed in person. Ten minutes, no charge.
Cash in hand, signed receipt, and the data is wiped on the spot or the device is sealed for destruction — your choice, recorded on the certificate.
A device is never resold before its erasure is recorded, and never scrapped before its storage is destroyed.
Base prices for good working condition, before condition adjustments. Cash on collection, or bank transfer if you prefer.
Prices are the base buy figure for the lowest storage variant in good condition. Condition adjustments apply on top; the final figure is confirmed at inspection.
The online quote and the door-step offer run the same code against the same rules. Every adjustment is itemised.
Duplicate-IMEI detection against live orders and existing stock. Stolen or blocked devices are declined, not resold.
Nothing is listed for resale until its erasure is recorded against the order. The certificate is generated from that record, not typed by hand.
Devices we cannot resell go to a licensed recycler for material recovery. Nothing goes to general waste.
Bank transfer if you prefer it. Either way it is logged, receipted and signed — and the data treatment is chosen by you, not assumed by us.
Home collection seven days a week, or hand it over at one of our counters.
You choose at booking. Erase and resell: the storage is cryptographically erased with certified software to NIST SP 800-88 Rev.2, the completion log is checked, and the device is inspected before resale. Destroy the storage: the chip is physically destroyed and cannot be recovered. Either way you get a certificate naming the method, standard, operator and date.
No. A reset removes the index to the files, not the data. On encrypted phones the useful step is destroying the key — which is what certified erasure software does, and what a reset alone may not.
Yes. Bring it in for collection with your other device, or ask on pickup. There is no payment for scrap-value devices, but the data is still destroyed and the materials still get recovered.
A base price per model, then adjustments for screen, body, battery health, camera, Face ID, water damage and repair history. You see every line after you enter your details, and the inspector scores the same list at your door.
Emirates ID or passport, the device, and its IMEI. Box and invoice help the offer but are not required.
Yes. Collection and inspection cost nothing and there is no obligation to sell.
